Hi,
I am trying to setup something like this;
Question is, I i can send the calls to the Unity Call handler/User when not answered or no one is available. But i can't seems to figure out how to handle the welcome prompt with the Hunt pilot. ?

You can do that. Setup the call forwarding on Hunt pilot and not on the users extensions. because CallForward settging will override the users call forwarding settings.
Make Music on hold Audio source with initial Announcement and apply this on Hunt pilot queuing.

Also,
When not answered/no agent available, i will forward the calls to the Unity. No should i create a Call Handler or a simple user account on unity?
I am kind of confused between the two. all i want it is for people to have the availablity to leave voicemail and then any of the team memebers can login via web and listen to then. Now i know for user account you can login via web, what about call handler?
can we login via web and listen to voicemails left for call handler?

Send the call to a call handler and using call handler transfer rules transfer to the users mailbox.
