HWIC-1CE1T1-PRI insted of FXO

(HWIC-1CE1T1-PR) Can I use this card or other on c3945 voice router insted of FXO card, because i need to connect 24 analog lines on Router.

C3945 platform can handle only 3 Fxo card all 12 ports, i need to conect 24 ports for calls

and 8 ports for fax machines on fxs or ??( to send fax direct ).

So if i choose HWIC-1CE1T1-PRI it means I can  chanalized on 32.

I need 24 lines to connect so i can use this E1 for all lines ??

but I chooes HWIC-1CE1T1-PRI I'm confuse on side is rj45 on the other side should be wires or patch ?? i could find the cable for HWIC-1CE1T1-PRI.

Insted of FXO to use HWIC-1CE1T1-PRI for all right ?
