IM and presence 9 export all conversation

Hi everybody, 

I'm new to presence server

Now we are using CUP 9 and CUCM 9

Is it possible to export all the Chat history and conversation from Presence server? and sort by users?

We cannot export chat history and conversation from presence server

You need to set a compliance server if you want that, look at the config guides for all that is required.

If you want to just record all chats then setup a simple PostgreSQL database server and point CUPS to it. It will "archive" all the chats for you in to the database and you can use it later to generate reports etc.
