Incoming call on hunt group

Hello all, 

I have a hunt group contain 4 phones ( 2000 - 2001 - 2002 - 2003 ) work fine with algorithm : broadcast 

when a call arrives on this hunt group ,  the phone 2000 take the call when the phone 2000  is on the call ,another call incoming to this hunt group , only ring on phones ( 2001 -2002 -2003)  but  the phone 2000 no ring .

Why the phone 2000 not receive a second  call  ?

Could you help me plesae

Because the extension 2000 is in an active call.

It is also possible that the phone has been logged out of the hunt group.

The phone has been  logged in  on the hunt group
