Informacast Multicast issue

Hope you can help,

I recently implemented a Berbee Informast Paging system to work with CUCM 6.

This works fine with Cisco phones directly connected to Cisco 2960 switches.

However, there a number of Cisco phones connected to a unmanaged Netgear FS108 8 Port PoE Switch. The Netgear uplink is connected to a Cisco 2960 switch. Phones attached to the Netgear do not receive paging messages.

If the Netgear is disconnected and a single Cisco phone attached to the same port, the Cisco phone receives the paging message.

Is there any way of forcing the Multicast through the Cisco 2960 port to cascade down to the unmanaged Netgear?

you can try a static multicast group and assign it to the port where the netgear is connected. do they receive text ?
