Inquiry regarding 9971

Hi,

I would like to ask the difference between the two ordering part numbers for 9971 IP Phone: CP-9971-C-CAM-K9= and CP-9971-C-K9=. Both have same price but different description. The first one is merely specifying that it has already a camera. Same goes with 9951.

Hello,

That's right. The CP-9971-C-CAM-K9= is a bundle that gives you a 9971 with the camera for free. According to which version of CUCM you are on you have to order respective license. For CUCM 7.1(3) through 7.1(4) you will need 4 DLUs per bundle ($200) and for 7.1(5) and later you'll need an enhanced user + adjunct video = $295.

Keep in mind that the bundle has a different support PN and price than the phone only PN!
