Installing RTMT issues

Hello,


I am trying to troubleshoot an issue for a client where calls are randomly dropping at the call center. 

 

I downloaded the RTMT app to install on a Windows 2016 server and while it says that it completed the install, I don't see it installed. It created the \opt\ directory for all the files and but nothing in programs to open the app. 

 

I checked the Programs/Features option as well and there is no sign of this app.

 

When I run the installer again, it stops saying that it is already installed. 

 

Am I missing something here? thanks

I am not aware about your RTMT versions. 

 

RTMT 12.5 supported platforms are below.

 

Operating System Support

You can install Unified RTMT on a computer that is running one of the following operating systems:
  • Windows XP

  • Windows Vista

  • Windows 7

  • Windows 8

  • Linux with KDE or GNOME client
