Hi,
I already integrate CUP and CUCM but without LDAP, all the process going well, i can see the CUCM user in CUP.
I use the Cisco Unified Personal Communicator , and i can login to CUPC with the user i create.
but when i login i can't see the other user, i can only see myself .
I use a desk phone and when I call from CUPC to the other extension it ringging, the Desk Phone and CUPC.
but when i want to chat the other user I can't.
when I'm login i got @domain.NOT.SET behind my user name.
for example ; user1@DOMAIN.NOT.SET
does anyone know why this happen? "If possible, i dont want to use the LDAP"
thank you for your participation

Hello,
Did you configure the sip domain?
Take a look:

You need to create the jabber config file and load it on all your tftp servers. You need to specify UDS.
Take a look at this link for the file and video:

And this link for additional settings using Jabber w/o LDAP
