internal error from pub call manager 4.2

Getting internal error from pub call manager 4.2 this error was sent out from the rmrt 12/07/2010 09:33:40.291 CCM|MGCPBhHandler 192.168.200.13 - internal ERROR wait_SdlConnectionInd - mMGCPBhGWInfo not clean on last TCP close!!!|<CLID::StandAloneCluster>. Is this error have something to do with the hookflash in the specified MGCP gateway?

Hi Orlando,

Have the ports on the Cisco IOS gateway been properly configured for MGCP control by Cisco CallManager 4.2 (CCM)?

Please confirm that the "mgcp bind ..." commands have been configured to ensure only the one IP address on the Cisco IOS gateway is being used for communication with CCM (and that IP routing between the two is fully functional).

Do you have a firewall or access list between the CCM server and the MGCP gateway?

It looks like there's TCP communication problems of some kind going on...

As this previously been functioning?   What revision and patch level of CCM 4.2 is being used?
