ISSUE WITH VGW 3945

We are working an issue.
We have two EI's on our VGW 3945 that are flapping at random times for about 5-10 secs based on spectrum logs.
Here is a sample of the error we are seeing.  Any insight is apprecaited.

  1. Wed 05 Jun, 2024 - 10:44:27 - The chassis' onboard agent is contactable. Any existing 'Blade Status Unknown' alarms have been cleared. (event [0x00010f72])
  2. Wed 05 Jun, 2024 - 10:44:27 - Alarm number 9071190 with probable cause id 0x10f71 generated for device LIV-VGW05 of type Rtr_Cisco. The severity of this alarm is MAJOR. (event [0x00010701])
  3. Wed 05 Jun, 2024 - 10:44:27 - Contact to the chassis' onboard agent has been lost. As a result the status of the chassis blades are unknown. (event [0x00010f71])

Those look like errors from your NMS. That isn't going to provide anything that will help you much. You need to look at the logs of the gateway itself.
