I have two clients running Jabber for Windows in CUCM 8.6(x) environments. Both clients utilize carrier-based FAC for long distance and international calls. When dialing outbound from the Jabber for Windows CSF device, the carrier beep requests the FAC input but the dialpad is not present. This prevents my clients from placing outbound LD/Intl calls from the softphones.
Is there a bug ID or feature request submitted to allow the dialpad on ringout? If so, what is the ETA?

We're having the same issue. Does anyone know when this is set to be resolved?
