Jabber sharred files durant virtual meeting

Hello,we have a ToIP solution Cisco JABBER V11.9 with CUCM V11.Calls between collaborators, multi-user conférence ans screen sharing work. However we cannot initiate the virtual meeting from a user post because the icon is greyed out.The PC version is Windows10.

Your post is confusing: the title says files but the body references a “virtual meeting.”

Are you trying to send a file into an ad-box or persistent chat conversation? If yes you need to configure Managed File Transfer.
