I am attempting to help out a client's 'other vendor' who promised the moon & stars with a CRM. He might be a good programmer, but he has no TAPI or phone experience what-so-ever. As It was I who installed the UC560, they are looking at me for an answer which I would like to provide. My experience with the UC560 is moderate. Is there any API or event driven model for linking an external database (CRM) so pop-ups can occur on local PCs? As a side note, the Call Manager Express ver is 8.2.
Any help pointing me in the right direction would be appreciated. Searching Cisco led me to a lot of items that don't seem compatible with the UC560, but I could be wrong.
Thanks,
William.
PS, the spell check on this Web form does not check after the first paragraph!

Anything that you find compatible with CME, is compatible with the UC500.
So with the right programming skills, you can have a TAPI-based popups, etc.
