Last Active Column

In the device - phone there is column 'Last Active'

Actually what last active mean? Seem i have many registered phone but las active is empty

AFAIU this is showing the last time the device was active in a call. This has no direct relation with Last registered.

Active in call this mean the phone used for outgoing call, incoming call or both?

Also this mean every phone which last active is empty mean the phone never doing any calls?

I think a call in either direction would set the last active time. I don't know if the last active time is stored in a DB table, or if that is tracked by the real time reporting service.If it is the latter, the value might get cleared by a reboot or RTR service restart.

It is cleared. It’s not in the database.

This morning i try to make call from 2 phones and seem the last ative is not updated even already waiting more than 1 hours.

Is there any other definition of 'Last Active'?

Any call, or even going off hook counts as active.
