Locked Application Account in Unity 10.5

Hello,
I've tried to login several times with wrong password and administration web account was locked.

1. I login via SSH and run command: utils reset_application_ui_administrator_password but is still locked

2. I also use utils reset_application_ui_administrator_name to change the name and again reset password but is till locked

3. I also tried to disable account locking with set accountlocking disable but nothing

Do you know other methods for password recovery?

after run the command technology directory, the systems wants password again. I tried with the original password but access denied.

I tried and nothing. Also this commands are for the old versions. The new are utils reset_application_ui_administrator_password and utils reset_application_ui_administrator_name. Also I restart the VM with utils system restart but nothing.

Can you try and disable the accountlocking itself from CLI:

++ set accountlocking disable

Also, post the output of the following:

++ show accountlocking

You are Right, the customer put me in the wrong console. It's my mistake I didn't check the OS. The command is valid and working. Thank you for the support.
