Looking for UCSInstall_UCOS_8.6.2.22900-9.sgn.iso

Hi we have an old CUCM that is running 8.6.2.22900-9

The CDs we have is 8.6.1.20000-1

We are trying to reinstall and restore from backup.  However, it is not recognizing the backup probably because of the version difference.

Does anyone know where I can obtain this file? UCSInstall_UCOS_8.6.2.22900-9.sgn.iso

I tried searching on the Cisco support website but it is not there any more.

You can only restore on the exact same release from which you took the backup, that is explained in the DRS guide, so yes, that's why you cannot restore on the version you installed.

8.x is EOL/EOS and that's why it was removed from downloads.

Right now google is going to be your best friend trying to find it, you can try your SE as a best effort resource as the product has been EOL/EOS for some time.

If I do find it on the web, once I download it, how do I update it from 8.6.1.20000-1 to 8.6.2.22900-9?  Do you know where I can find the instruction?

This would be a normal standard minor upgrade. You would do the upgrade just as with any other version. If you do not know how to it would be advisable to seek help with this from a reputable Cisco partner with the required specialisation.
