VOICE TRANSLATION RULE QUESTION

Hello Community, 

Assistance is needed in voice translation rule on Cisco Cube. 

I wish to transform the number +256312900045 to 0045. The 0045 is an extension and former is coming from the ITSP.

I tried this using 

rule 1 /^\+25631290\(....\)$/ /\1/ 

And it didn't work

Did you put the translation rule into a translation profile and set it to translate the number you want to change and then put the profile to be used on a dial peer or voice port?

You can also test your translation rule with this command, test voice translation-rule <rule #> +256312900045.

The call might not be hitting the dial-peer where the translation is applied. Additionally, it might be applied in the wrong direction.

Please share the configurations that include the dial-peer and the translations so we can properly troubleshoot.
