Map Image Not Displaying in Prime

Hi,

I have been working to update building and floor maps to Cisco Prime.  Prime will either display a broken image icon with a pink background or a solid grey image.  I have provided the steps that I am taking in Prime.  My apologies if this discussion is placed in the wrong location.
