By surprise, an error has appeared in MediaSense web admin interface.
Specifically, the message is: "Warning: This hardware configuration is not supported by MediaSense. Only a very limited number of resources will be available. This installation may only be used for demo or lab purposes."
System Version: 11.0.1.10000-103
We are checked hardware requeriment and they are correct.
Is there any log where you can see which requirement is not correct?
Any idea?

Do you virtual machine settings match one of the following supported specs:
Did you install it using proper Cisco OVA?

Yes...the virtual machine matches with all spec!
If I remember correctly, I used the correct OVA.
Today, I'm going to try to reinstall the virtual machine.

Hi,
I having the same issue on Cisco Media-Sense but is there any limitation and bad things happening to call recording?
If we ignore that message then any technicality need to consider?
