Hi Team,
We are encountering an issue where some of the recordings on MediaSense are coming up as Zero Size Tracks error. Any ideas as to what could cause this error?

Hello,
We were able to resolve this problem. The fix:
Disable "Early Offer support for voice and video calls" on the SIP profile that is applied to the SIP truck from CUCM to MediaSense and reset the trunk.

I have this problem and the SIP Profile already have disabled the "Early Offer support for Voice and Video calls"
Any other idea?
