Multiflex Trunk - T1/E1 - Set to PRI_CPE Mode

cisco 2821 with VWIC2-1MFT-T1/E1 - 1-Port RJ-48 Multiflex Trunk - T1/E1

How do i set it to PRI_CPE Mode?

I have connected it to another pri which cannot be change (set to pri_net)

that is the default.

Note you never need to change times unless proven otherwise.
