Multiple Call/Call Waiting Settings

I am certain this has been asked before but I cannot find it.

Is there a way to set the Maximum Number of Calls and the Busy Trigger to 6 and 4 by DEFAULT?

Not in CUCM. Reason: Every device has a different max. count, so you would need a lot of different service/enterprise parameters for that.
You can set them in your bulk files.
