I know that there is a limit to how many rules you can have in a voice-translation rule, 15 I believe. Is there a way around this? Can you have multiple voice-translation rules tied to a voice-translation profile? I have many users that need to have their outbound numbers translated to and they are all different and therefore cannot be combined into fewer rules.
Release 15.2(1)T has a feature to expand max number of rules in "voice translation-rule " upto 100. You might want to refer the release notes & go for the latest in that terrain.
