Internal Jabber to Jabber calling works fine, can place a call on hold and MoH plays and continues to play until the call is retrieved.
When placing an external call on hold, MoH is heard by the external caller for around 10 seconds and then they get silence. The call remains on hold and can be retrieved.
Not sure if we are hitting this bug: CSCvr13358

replying to my own question but i can confirm that we were hitting the bug: CSCvr13358
Upgraded to a known fixed version and it has resolved the issuer

Seems this bug is observed again in Version 17.03.04a

Strange because in the list of fixed release I see v17.3.4...
