Unity 7 issue.
I have got an issue with Unity 7 where I have to re-synch MWI from the Unity server before the MWI indication shows on handsets. If I go onto Unity admin web GUI and do a refresh status from there... I get a "pending" message. It "pends" forever but nothing is ever displayed on the hansdset...
It is very sporadic and affects random users at random intervals.
The message is delivered ok and we get an email notification.... just the actual light does not come on. The Unity box and infact the whole cluster has been rebooted... anyone observed behaviour like this before? Any suggestions of what to look at? This has only recently started acting up like this....
