Need IP Communicator to interface with JAWS (Screen Reader)

Hi,

I have installed IP Communicator on our CEO's laptop and need to interface it with Jaws so that it will tell him who is calling. The incoming call notification comes up on the screen, but for some reason Jaws is not reading it.

It there another way to do this. Our CEO is blind and our current Legacy PBX was able to do this with an external box hooked up to a second line that read the number to him.

He needs a physical phone as well, but I thought IP Communicator would work with his Jaws program. Any ideas???

Did you ever find a solution for this JAWS issue and IP Com?

I have a customer on CUCM 7 still and want the same solution for a blind user working from home on IP Com.  Right now he is still in the office, but they are closing his location and want him to work at home.
