We have a new OU added to our AD. I added the OU to CallManager as well as Service Profile. Which service on CallManager or IM server do I need to restart in order to make these changes effective?
CallManager and IM version 9.1

You simply need to do a sync from LDAP, assuming all your configuration is correct.

Thanks Jaime for the reply! Sorry, I need to be more specific! The new OU works fine the CUCM! The problem is IM. The users in new OU aren't able to see (add and chat) the users in old OU and vice-versa!
I though I might need to restart a service...

Jabber only pulls the config during the start up, have you closed and restarted Jabber??

Yes I did, but it didn't help!
No service in IM needs to be restarted?
