not getting GUI of CUE

Hi,

recently we upgrade cme version from 7.1 to 9.0, after that i an unable to get the GUI of CME and CUE

but yesterday i run one command on the router file privilege 0 in the config mode, after that my CME GUI come

but now i am getting the problem of CUE GUI

CUE GUI has nothing to do with CME router.

So you have to look what is happening with CUE.

What is the URL that you are using to access the CUE GUI, check the IP address, it should be of CUE. Share the error that you are getting.

http://192.168.5.2/admin/Common/HomePage.do this is url i trying to access, previously it was working fine

but after upgrading CME 7.1 to 9.0 this issue is showing, i can access CME GUI but problem with the CUE GUI

Please help as soon as possible.

Run

try ping 192.168.5.2 from you local machine

try telnet 192.168.5.2 80 from commond prompt in your local mchine - i.e from the machine where you are trying to  access CUE WEB GUI

CME 9.0 has bug related to GUI CSCtz35753. See if this apply to you.

192.168.5.2 is not pinging form the local machine but this ip address is pinging from the router

  telnet is not happing from the local machine

CUE WEB GUI from IE  8, and mozila firfox 10

any suggestation, to solved the problem.

Do you have the copy of your CME configuration before the upgrade or before the Unity goes down?

Hi try get the CUE status from console, do service module connect and check what's happening

i can login CUE in router with this command  - service-module ism 0/0 session

and user is getting voice mail also

and there is no problem
