Hello - can I integrate O365 Skype for business with 11.0 CUCM? It would be for call control.

If so, can someone please provide a document?

If by integrate you mean being able to use Skype client as a phone on ccm then you can look at cuci Lync which does support O365

How can I set it up so that I can use Skype for Business/Lync as the client, and CUCM as the back-end?
