One DN does not go to voicemail, all others work fine.

Voicemail check boxes are checked.  During the IVR you can dial by extension and all work except one, after the extension is dialed it thanks the caller, but then goes to dead air followed by the IVR playing again after several seconds.

Any ideas what this could be.  I have stared and compared a working phone and can't find any difference.

There is also a Jabber phone associated with this DN, but another DN is setup the same way and goes to voice mail find.

Help is appreciated.

As a way to try to isolate further, if you assign this problematic DN to another device entirely, does the behavior follow?  Sometimes IMDB (in-memory database) in the CCM service can get corrupted and a restart of the CallManager service should resolve that.  Without seeing CCM traces to see what's happening, it's hard to tell.
