Does anyone know whether 4451 can be configured with the values of choice to use as payload numbers (types) in the SDP for initiated V.150.1 connections?

I imagine this would be in the config guide, but here is another community thread that lists possible values.

Unfortunately the referenced table does not show values of 118 and 120 which are the only ones that 4000 Series uses for V.150.1 per Cisco V.150.1 Minimum Essential Requirements Configuration Guide - Cisco

Could you map the payload type on the dial-peer with the "rtp payload-type" command to the number you need?

I am only guessing here because I never see modem relay in production networks, but you probably can't specify it because it negotiates the mode relay/modem pass through.
