Hello @ogopotse ,
Please confirm how you have configured the external call to reach your environment? is it a coming via Gateway or SBC or anything else?

Through Gateway

Can you please provide a little bit of more details on your setup? Just saying that calls are not working through a gateway does not give us enough information to provide you any help and mentioning some license being expired does not help either. At a minimum you'll need to outline what type of connection you have with your service provider for the PSTN service and you'd have to provide specifics on what license you're referring to. If possible provide the full running configuration in a text file that you attach to you response. Please do not post the configuration directly as text in the post for your reply as that makes it much harder for us to help you as it's very impractical to work with such big text chunks in a post. Depending on what type of service you have for PSTN from your service provider please turn on these debugs.

What license expiration are you referring to? If CUCM licenses expired, calls should not be affected.
If CUBE licenses expired and you're on a version license is mandatory , SIP service might stop.
These are assumptions.
For a precise answer, we need the call flow and logs from the gateway where the ITSP line terminates to identify the issue.
