Play Call Handler for Unity 10.5 get error

Hi, When I play the call handler on Unity 10.5.2 and I get this error"initMMApplet: InitMMAppletInstance Failed to get instance". Do you know how to solve this? Currently I plan to save this recording and upload to Unity 14.x, but fail to get it done. Do you know got other way to export out this recording?

That is a Java error in the Media Master Toolbar, which is a common problem in Unity Connection prior to v11.5 when the toolbar changed to HTML5. Take a look at the solutions provided here:
