We have a polycom video system (Realpresence Group 500) that is registered to CUCM version 12.5.1 as a Third-party SIP Device. We are able to call it without issue from another device registered to CUCM but there is no video only audio. The location/region for the Polycom is the same as other Cisco Video devices (SX series). I am going to attempt to get a capture of the SIP messages for the call but didn't know if anyone has had success or issues similar to what were are seeing.
Thanks,
Joe

AFAIK To enable video, the device must be a Third-party SIP device set to Advanced. Is it configured as Advanced or Basic?

@Nithin Eluvathingal makes a great point about video being enabled. Another item to consider is if the two different devices are using the same payload type for video calls. If video is enabled, you should look at the SIP traces to see what video payload type is being used. I recall having this issue with 9971 phones some time back.
