Prime Collaboration Assurance licensing

I am having some trouble getting my head around the standard/advanced analytics licensing.

I have PCA version 11 that appears to be standard but shows as advanced in the about panel.

and standard in the licensing area.

I cannot add users and get an error of index 0, size 0.

And what about the end user licenses, does advanced functions appear only when they have been purchased?

Hi David,

Table 2 of the following link compares the capabilities of PCA Standard and Advanced. It appears from the description that your setup is currently PCA Standard. PCA Advanced license needs to be ordered separately, you may open a TAC case to investigate the same.
