Quality Management, configuration problem jtapi.

Hi there,

we are installing and configuring QM 2.73, to use for recording on a UCCX 7.0(1)SR5 environment.

Installation has been succesful, as well as configuration.

We are testing a phone and after tuning tasks such as span form sw port to pc port on the phone, we vannot porgress anymore since there is a jtapi error that appears permanently and seems that phone and QM do not matvh rules. Error is the following:

2011-12-22 20:08:12:322 INFO STD0004 Client <CTI_1.bsalazar> connected to service at <10.244.10.71>.

2011-12-22 20:08:13:307 INFO CTI0000 An open request failed with error 'Specified MAC not in domain: 002699437EC9'.  Retries will occur automatically.

2011-12-22 20:09:13:306 ERROR SQM2303 The MAC address <002699437EC9> is not associated with the JTAPI user.

JTAPI user has been created in both QM andd CManager, and checked few times to verify passwords are the same. Phone device has been added as a controlled device in jtapi user.

But it dies not work.

Any suggestion to troubleshoot or progress in problem determination?

Hi,

I am getting the same issue for few agents i am getting the below error.

2014-07-15 14:28:52:093 INFO CTI0000 A register request failed with error 'Specified device not in provider's domain: SEP9C8E99E531AD'.  Retries will occur automatically.
2014-07-15 14:28:52:093 ERROR SQM2303 The MAC address <9C8E99E531AD> is not associated with the JTAPI user.

But the Above MAC Address is PC MAC Address. I have added the IP Phone MAC Address into JTPI Application user.

And I have checked the IP Phone VLan. that's is correct only. I have tried reinstalling the QM Recording services. but still having same issue.

Any Help?

A register request failed with error 'Specified device not in provider's domain: 002699437EC9'.  Retries will occur automatically.

I would make sure your JTAPI user has the Standard CTI Allow Xfer and Conf role as this is required for some newer Cisco phones.
