Hi
I'd like to record conversations/conference calls on UCCX (built in bridge functionality). This will be an on-demand functionality for outbound and inbound calls, around 30-40 calls per month (each call would last for about an hour).
What would be the requirements for recording server for this scenario? Can you recommend any server/application for this? What is the price and do I need any licenses for CUCM or UCCX>

Cisco Media Sense is what you need to use the BIB functionality of the IP Phone.

There are so many available in the marketplace, take a look:

What is the price of media sense?
You will need to reach out to Cisco Accounts Team or Cisco Partner for the pricing and other details.

Just Google 'Cisco Call Recording Software', there are loads of companies who do it and most support the Built in Bridge way of doing it.
Some have better GUI's than others, some have better support etc but essentially they are just collating the recordings and allowing you to sort/view/play them in a pretty GUI.
Thanks

I did that and found too many apps. That's why I asked if someone already has some good/bad experiences they could share with me
