Report for Jabber login logout

Hi All,

Can we generate a report for login/logouts of cisco jabber users from Presence server? If so, Please let me know the procedure.

Unable to generate a report to gather historical data on Jabber client logins

Any IM&P version

Workaround:
None.

We can gather basic login details via logs however that is not user friendly interface and the logs can also get overwritten

Hi Sankar,

You can run the query to find users logged in at a particular time.

show perf query counter "Cisco XCP CM" "CmConnectedSockets"

show perf list instances "Cisco XCP JSM Session Counters"
