Hi all,
I'm now deploying a Fax server. We use RightFax ver9.3. I've installed the Feature Pack 2 and FP2 SR6. But when installing Fax board (Brooktrout SR140), I got the error message: "The required INF file (\driver\pnp\trxstream.inf) is missing. Please specify a valid INF file for installing the plug and play boston device driver". And in the Brooktrout Configuration Tool window --> Call Control Parameters, there was a message: "There are no TRxStream boards currently installed on your system".
Could anyone pls explain this for me and give me some instructions?

Refer to the rightfax installation guide present in the following url and check the steps you have done to install the server as any errors in the installation might cause this problem.
