Hi,
situation: CUCM version 8.5.1.10000-26 based on 7 server (1 Pub + 6 Sub). We faced a problem with cluster for a wrong
installed package and database out of sync, so after some try we deciced to restore the cluster with the last backup. After the restore with the BARS we have noticed a problem with the RTMT tool about the alert central, the tabs "System" and "CallManager" are empty without any preconfigured alerts (see the images in the attachment). Do you have any idea?

Did you ever get this resolved? I have this issue also but it's on our Unity 8.5.1 servers.

Hi Julien,
yes we have solved the problem by opening a case, the answer from the TAC after checking the system was to do:
1. >From the pub cli, issue the following SQL statement via CLI: admin:run sql delete from scratch where name like 'Ris%'
2. Restart Cisco AMC Service. AMC will reinitialize the database with the default alert settings.
After doing that RTMT was running ok.

We had this occur on upgrade from CUCM 8.6 to 10.5. Followed the above process and it worked perfectly.
