RTMT Question

Hi Everyone

I wanted to know is it possible to get 2 different version of RTMT to run on my computer. I upgraded our UCCX servers to 11.0.1 and our CUCM and CUC are still running 10.5.2. When I try and install the one for UCCX it tells me that it has to uninstall the current one before it can continue. I've even tried changing the path and it still doesn't work.

Install the newer release and use it to connect to everything.

I just download it from UCCX and tried to log into CUCM and I get this error on the attached screenshot.

I actually did and it uninstalled 11 and reinstalled 10.5 and now I can log into CUCM and CUC but not UCCX.

You can install each version in different paths and run them..
