This Thursday evening, HP is replacing the system board on our Unity server. The primary NIC failed and we have been running on the secondary without problems. I've already contacted licensing via email to advise them of the replacement and will get them the new MAC address as soon as I hear back from HP. However I have a few questions regarding the process:
1. Do I need to send licensing all of my *.lic files to ensure I get all of the features and number of user licenses currently running?
2. What is the recommended procedure for replacing the licenses? I.e. should I have the new license files loaded on the server and ready to go before rebooting Unity after the repair?
