Dear NetPro gurus,

Does UCCE has any upper seat limit similar to UCCX? I know UCCX is around 300 - 350 mark but what's the seat limit for UCCE?

Cheers,

Hunt

UCCE supports up to 12,000 agents under supported deployment model with version 9.

UCCX supports up to 400 agents.

Check out UCCE SRND sizing section:

Thanks so much for that Chris.

Other than the Agent seat limit, is there any other benefits of deploying UCCE rather than deploying UCCX?

Hunt

There are many differences, the architecture for example is completly  different, where with UCCX you can have it all running on a single  server with UCCE the solution can easily include over dozen servers.   Here is one comparison doc for version 8.5 but most of it is still the  same for version 9:

you can search the contact center forum here for some additional threads as this question has been asked several times before.

Thanks Chris.

Would you have another URL for that document as I get Error 404 when trying to open.

Hunt

Sorry, it is a partner facing document, here is the link:
