Security Patch ESXi 6.5 Custom Cisco

Good morning,
we have 2 server BE7M-M4-K9 model UCSC-C240-M4S2 where running Vmware-ESXi-6.5.0-4564106-Custom-Cisco-6.5.0.2. VMs of the CUCM 12.0.1 cluster are powered on in these 2 virtual environments. We need to apply security patches on these esxi hosts to mitigate the following vulnerabilities: CVE-2020-3992, CVE-2020-4005, CVE-2021-22045,CVE-2021-21994, CVE-2021-21974, CVE-2020-3976 and CVE-2021-21995.
Have specific security patches been released for this version of ESXi custom Cisco?

You do not need to use any special patches to upgrade ESXi. You can download them from VMware.
