Hello Expert,
Is there a way end user can reset voicemail password from their end instead of admin doing for them. If it is possible please let me know how this can be achieved.
Regards,
rds,Asif

Hi there
Do you have Cisco PCA (Cisco Personal Communications Assistant). You can reset the PIN from PCA
How to enable PCA
Procedure
Step 1 In the Messaging Assistant, from the Passwords menu, select Change PIN.
Step 2 On the PIN page, enter your new password, then enter it again to confirm it. Use digits 0 through 9.
Step 3 Select Save.
Hope this helps!
Cheers

Hi Ratheesh,
Is there a way to modify what the end user have access to change within the Messaging Assistant? We don't want them changing other options. Thanks

In CUC you have a password, which you use for things like PCA, and there is a PIN, which you use to access your VM from the phone.
They're NOT the same thing, which one are you asking about?
