Sending calling number in text notification subject line

Is it possible with Unity 4.0 to customize an SMTP text notification to include the calling number in the subject line and/ or body text?

Scenario: When a user gets a voicemail they would like to be sent a text notification that states something like "New voicemail from nnn-nnn-nnnn"

No, not currently. This has come up a few times out here but the short story is problems with Exchange notification trip us up here (i.e. we only know the inbox state has changed, not what changed in it) so we don't necessarily know which message caused the trigger, just that at least one message of a particular type is unread in your inbox etc...
