We have upgraded CUCM 12.5 to 14. in 12.5 the sip trunk status was up with Calabrio QM signaling server. but after upgrade to cucm 14.0 the sip trunk status not coming up.

What troubleshooting have you done already, before opening a question?
Have you checked the connectivity? Can you ping it from CUCM?
Is the Options Ping even enabled in the SIP profile assigned to the SIP-Trunk?
Does Calabrio even respond to Options Ping?
Have you reseted the SIP trunk?

What troubleshooting have you done already, before opening a question?
- Done some troubleshooting steps
1) installed Wireshark in QM signaling server and monitor the traffic. found CUCM sending options message to QM server. but QM server not responding OK message. instead of that i can see ICMP messages.
Reset the sip trunk still status is same.
connectivity is fine and 5060 port open in QM server.

If QM server doesn't answer SIP options ping messages, then the SIP trunk in CUCM will stay "down".
That should be logical^^
Either configure the QM server to answer SIP options, or disable the setting in the SIP profile in CUCM.

Once I rollback to 12.5 version QM signaling server sending OK message. I will try to replicate the same setup in our lab to find more details.

we roll back to CUCM 12.5 version without any troubleshooting the Sip trunk status in service.
the problem when we switch version to cucm 14.0.
