I have a Cisco call Manager server running 6.1.4.1000-10 and its running really slow when im trying to change settings of the phones. What are some steps to troubleshoot my slow call manager? Its making managing a real pain in the butt.
Thanks!

I'd start by looking at the processes via CLI and the IOwait values to determine if there's something eating up the CPU.
Also make sure the server and amount of registered devices are correct according to the SRND values.

Thanks javalenc, I am new to this company and I have the account to log into the web interface. Is it the same username and password for the ssh part or is it a different account?

Those are usually separated accounts, you might want to give it a go. If you can't then it means you'll need to find out the CLI credentials.
