snmp error on cucm 11.5 that says Unable to access snmp configuration

Hello,

I have cucm 11.5. When I try to add user to call manager subscriber it gives me the following message that says "Unable to access SNMP configuration" Therefore I cannot create the use for snmp v3. Please provide suggestions.

What happens, if you log in on the Publisher, and add the user for the subscriber there?

SNMP config is done per-node but it would be interesting to know if the “Apple to all nodes” checkbox works when doing it from the pub.

You could also try restarting SNMP services.

Use specialized software. If you're having issues in your network, then Paessler PRTG software should be able to help you. ...
Check the settings. Check the community's name. 
Use the tcpdump command. Open two Control Server CLI windows.

Hi , 

I am having the same issue . The problem is that i cannot configure anything on the SNMP v3 as the system did not take the config and come out error "Unable to access SNMP configuration" . I have restarted the SNMP service several time but did not help .
