STUCK ON UPLOAD INSTALL OF NEW DEVICE PACK ON CUCM 10.5

I have a lab running the following.

HOST:  ESXi 5.5 

VM: CUCM10.5.2.1

Running Solarwinds SFTP/SCP server on my Windows 7 LAPTOP

Problem is getting an error on the CUCM OS ADMIN when trying to upload and install the COP.SGN device pack.

Getting error "The directory oculd not be located" ???? 

I confirmed the c:\SFTP_Root is the location on my laptop

and on the C Page 

I select "Remote System"

Location: c:\SFTP_Root

Server: IP Address of my LAPTOP

NAME: dx

PWD: 1234

Transfer Protocol: SFTP

The Solarwinds log shows the CM authenticated successfully with the NAME and PWD.

Any Ideas would be apprecaited.

Also every service on the CM is activated .

Hi ,

Try directory as / instead of writing c:\SFTP_root .
